Black Tea Leaves – 40%

Peppermint Leaves – 30%

Rose Hips – 15%

Ginger Root – 10%

Hibiscus Flower – 5%

Cassia Cinnamon – 5%

How to prepare:

Mix the daily dose of 2 tablespoons (10g) with 1 litre of freshly boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Strain the tea and drink throughout the day. Enjoy hot or iced, accompanied by a slice of fresh lemon. You can add milk to taste. We advise drinking at least 1 litre of water a day alongside 1 litre of the tea.
