We offer returns on items within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and complete. It must be sent back in the original packaging, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you when we have received your returned item. Once we’ve checked the item to ensure it complies with our returns policy, we will be in touch about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive your refund within five to 10 working days – depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Our shipping costs are non-refundable, and it will be your responsibility to pay for any costs returning your item to us.
